It makes sense that I can fly in the cold, harsh terrain of Northrend, but I need to be taught how to fly in a bunch of destroyed zones?

This is no surprise at all, why wouldnt they do something they have been doing in both expansion before? Probably will fold in with the current flying at 60; will let you fly in both Outland and 'old' Azeroth. Go back and read my added edit for clarity. I always assumed "Windy Weather Flying" made sense, since i cant think of any other explanation you could fly in Northrend but not Azeroth :P Also, you get it at level 60!

The same time you get regular flying? So why have it as a separate skill at all? And, as soon as you get it, you leave Azeroth and dont use it for 20 levels? Wtf Blizzard? I would like that, but I doubt it.
